99W139A 4-Channel BTL driver BA5994FM Description The BA5994FM is a 4-channel BTL driver for an actuator and motor driver of CD/CD-ROM. (Inputs for the driver connect to an operational amplifier and it is compatible with various applications.) Channel 2&3 include a short-brake function.
