PACKING METHOD For 171825, 171826, 84201, 84346 5.1. Place an inner label on the middle of a polybag . 5.2. Depending upon position, place on appropriate quantities of products into polybag & heat seal it. (4) Rev J QR-ME-030B 3 of 6 107-68305 5. PACKING METHOD 5.3. Place polybag with products into bubble bag. 5.4. Place a middle box. 5.5. Depending upon position, place on appropriate of bubble bags into middle box. (4) 5.6. Tuck closed top flap of inner box & a middle label to the designated area of it(See Figure 1). 1 Middle Label on inner box. Figure 1 5.7. Set up a box & secure bottom flaps with tape. 5.8. Place 4 middle boxes full of products into the shipping box. 5.9. Seal the box with tape. And place product identification label in "product id" marked on box. "PRODUCT ID" Note: Only for 171825-4, It is necessary to stick additional customer label upon the outer label if the customer is "Viasystems EMS (Shenzhen) co., Ltd." 171825-4"()", P/N623865-3,2 Figure 2 Rev J QR-ME-030B 4 of 6 107-68305 5. PACKING METHOD For 176153, 84079, 171887 5.1. Place an inner label on the middle of a polybag . 5.2. Depending upon position, place on appropriate quantities of products into polybag & heat seal it. (4) 5.3. Place a middle box. 5.4. Depending upon position, place on appropriate of polybag into middle box. (4) 5.5. Tuck closed top flap of inner box & a middle label to the designated area of it(See Figure 1). 1 5.6. Set up a box & secure bottom flaps with tape. 5.7. Place 4 middle boxes full of products into the shipping box. 5.8. Seal the box with tape. And place product identification label in "product id" marked on box. "PRODUCT ID" For 172057, 172058, 173051 5.1. Set up an inner box. 5.2. Depending upon position, place products into inner box. (4) 5.3. Place an inner label to the top right corner of it. 5.5. Set up a middle box. For used on 1-720995-9 5.6.1. Place 4 inner boxes full of products into the middle box. For used on 1533288-1 5.6.2. Place 2 inner boxes full of products into the middle box. 5.7. Tuck closed top flap of inner box & a middle label to the designated area of it(See Figure 1). 1 5.8. Set up a box & secure bottom flaps with tape. 5.9. Place 4 middle boxes full of products into the shipping box. 5.10. Seal the box with tape.
