Ascending time up to 150C should be longer than 30 seconds. Heating conditions should be within 10 seconds at 230C min. Peak temperature should be lower than 235C and then be placed in natural conditions for 1 hour before being measured. 2) Soldering Iron Soldering iron of 2705C should be placed 0.5mm above the transducer electrode. Melting solder should be applied to electrode for 31 seconds and then be placed in natural conditions for 4 hours before being measured. For 10 seconds, the force of 9.8N (1.0kg) is applied to each terminal in axial direction. The buzzer should be subjected to a vibration cycle of 10 to 55 Hz for a period of 1 minute. Peak amplitude should be 1.55mm. The vibration test should consist of 2 hours to each of the 3 perpendicular directions. evaluation standard 95% of the lead pad surface must be covered with solder soldering heat resistance No interference in operation. terminal mechanical strength vibration No damage or cutting off. After the test, the part should meet specifications without any damage in appearance and performance, except SPL. SPL should be within 10dB compared with the initial measurement. Intermittent life test: A duty cycle of 1 minute on, 1 minute off, a minimum of 5,000 times at room temp (+25 2C) with rated voltage applied. evaluation standard The buzzer will be measured after being placed at +25C for 4 hours. The value of the oscillation frequency/current consumption should be 10% compared to the initial measurements. The SPL should be within 10dB compared to the initial measurements.
