AO7417 P-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistor General Description The AO7417/L uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON), low gate charge and operation with gate voltages as low as 1.5V, in the small SOT363 footprint. This device is suitable for use in buck convertor.
