AvagoTechnologies' high brightness LED are using high efficiency LEDdiewithsinglewirebondasshownbelow.Customerisadvised to take extra precaution during wave soldering to ensure that the maximumwavetemperaturedoesnotexceed0Candthesolder contacttimedoesnotexceeding3sec.Over-stressingtheLEDduring solderingprocessmightcauseprematurefailuretotheLEDdueto delamination.
