SEMICONDUCTOR CD54AC541F3A, CD54ACT541F3A Octal Buffer/Line Driver Three-State, Non-Inverting Description The CD54AC541F3A and CD54ACT541F3A are octal buffer/line drivers that utilize the Harris Advanced CMOS Logic technology. The CD54AC541F3A and CD54ACT541F3A are non-inverting three-state buffers having two active-LOW output enables.
