Model ILBB-0805 Vishay Dale Multilayer Ferrite Beads FEATURES * High reliability. * Surface mountable. * Magnetically self shielded. * Nickel barrier plating virtually eliminates silver migration. MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS* Solderability: 90% coverage after 5 second dip in 230C solder following 60 second preheat at 120C and activated flux dip. Resistance To Solder Heat: 10 seconds in 300C solder after preheat and flux per above. Terminal Strength: 1.6 kilograms (3.5 pounds) for 30 seconds. Beam Strength: 1 kilogram (2.2 pounds) minimum. Flex: .07874" [2mm] minimum mounted on .063" [1.6mm] thick PC board. ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIFICATIONS* Operating Temperature: - 40C to + 125C. Thermal Shock: 100 cycles, - 40C to + 85C. Humidity: 90% RH at 40C, 1000 hours at full rated current. Load Life: 85C for 1000 hours full rated current. *NOTE: Impedance will remain 20% of initial and no physical defects shall be observed.
