MITSUBISHI HYBRID ICs M57951L HYBRID IC FOR DRIVING TRANSISTOR MODULES DESCRIPTION M57951L is a Hybrid Integrated Circuit designed for driving Transistor Modules QM30DY, QM50DY, etc., in an Inverter application.
