The units can meet the 0.37 ppm Holdover requirement of G R - 1 2 4 4 - C O R E Ta b l e 3 - 1 f r o m 0 t o + 7 0 C C temperature range and operate from a 3.3V or 5V supply. Current drain to lower than 2 mA is available upon request. Aging <3.5 ppm for ten years. Phase noise is -115 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz and -155 dBc/Hz at 100k Hz at 10 MHz. These units are ideal for Stratum 3 applications. Non-Hermetically sealed TCXO should s s not be subjected to a wash process that will immerse the TCXO in solvents. NO CLEAN is the recommended procedure. The Z5 series of TCXO has been designed for pick and place reflow soldering. The suggested reflow profile is shown s above. The TCXO may be reflowed once, and should not be reflowed in the inverted position. Typical frequency shift as a result of reflow is <1.0 ppm per reflow.
